Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Algonive. Our project-based learning internships are designed to provide hands-on industry experience. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms regarding fees and refunds.

1. Program Fees

Algonive charges a minimal fee for our internship and task-based programs. This fee is utilized exclusively for:

Documentation Costs: Generating offer letters, internship agreements, and verification documents.
Learning Infrastructure: Maintenance of project modules and digital resources.
Certification: Processing and issuance of professional certificates upon completion.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Strict Notice: All fees paid to Algonive are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the documentation process has begun or access to the learning portal has been granted, no refund requests will be entertained.

3. Program Withdrawal

If a participant chooses to leave the program, discontinue their internship, or fails to complete assigned tasks "in-between" the tenure, they will not be eligible for a refund. The fee cannot be transferred to another individual or another program batch.

4. Participant Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure they have the time and commitment required for the program before making the payment. Algonive is not liable for personal schedule changes, academic pressures, or technical limitations on the participant's end.
